Nissan of Greenville is absolutely one of the best dealerships I’ve been to. They are very attentive to your vehicle and always help with discounts for service to your new vehicle. The warranty is only until 60,000 miles, but most vehicles run through a power train without using it anyway. The dealership is 100 percent dedicated to the happiness of the customer.

Great Team.  When We Went They Had A Star Wars Event.  They Had A Stormtrooper,  R2d2, Gifts For Children And Adults.  Well Decorated And Such A Friendly Staff.  They Had Plenty Of Parking Abe Handicap Parking Available.  Everyone Was Happy Taking Pictures With The Star Wars Characters. Food And Drinks Were Also Available To Any Visitor At That Event.  The Manager Was Berri Attentive To Everyone That Arrived And greeted everyone personally.  Great car shopping experience!

Do NOT buy a used car from this dealership!! I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot from them. Paid over 15k for it. I was not buying some 2500 dollar car from their back lot. I made it 15 miles from the dealership and the check engine light came on. Initially they agreed to pay to have the car repaired (although their own service department was unable to correctly diagnose the problem). Fast forward a couple months and the Honda dealership finally figured out what the problem was, to the tune of 850 bucks. I called Nissan of Greenville back and they refused to do anything about it, even though I could prove what Honda fixed was the cause of the initial check engine light. Nissan of Greenville should change their motto to, "Our duty to you ends the second you drive the car off the lot!" Apparently 850 bucks is too much for them to pay to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business. I tried to walk out the day I bought the car because I was getting a bad vibe, but they swore to me they would treat me right and convinced me to come back inside. The GM made the same promises to me as well. It's funny how that changes once you get a customer to sign on the bottom line.

This had to be one of the worst experience I have ever had. I bought a truck about 3 years ago and this was total opposite ends of how I was treated and would have expected to be treated. The car had paint damage to the front which they refused to see as a problem, it was leaking oil, which they denied BUT the biggest part.. THE LISTED PRICE ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE, BEWARE THERE IS A DISCLAIMER. The price of the vehicle was almost 2,000 more than the listed price on the website, this is not including TTL. When you ask about it they give you attitude.. doesn’t everybody know that you must find the hidden disclaimer that tells you all about their HIDDEN fees. They will not tell you any of this and let your drive over an hour and half to get there, run your credit and then tell you what your payments will be with the extra fees on there. They never once told us the price difference before all of that. There is so much more that went on it was almost insane. Terrible. Just terrible. A week later and I still can not believe the way the sales lady argued with us and how she spoke to us.

Nice sales lady Queenie , her boss just won’t give anything for your trade in. They try to make $15000 of their truck and $10000 off your trade in, That won’t work for me , I won’t be back. They try to get very high retail for their truck and give you rough book for yours. Try that on someone else it won’t work for me.
