Brittany's is the only jeweler to buy from. I was proposed to with the most beautiful ring 18 years ago. And through the years many pieces have been purchased. The staff are exceptionally good at what they do. They go above and beyond. The jewelry is exquisite. There is not a reason to shop anywhere else.

I love Brittany's so much! I won't go anywhere else. They have stunning jewelry & they do engraving, watch batteries, cleaning you name it & their customer service is incredible!

Leaving my mom when she was only 16, my grandmother arrived in Heaven at the young age of 40 after suffering from a brain aneurism. Growing up, I learned about my Grandmother through stories and photos, being told that I look just like her. When my Aunt gave me my Grandmother’s wedding set this past year, I immediately felt connected to a woman I’ve never met, but knew well in my heart. I asked Brittany’s Fine Jewelry to replace the two missing side stones as well as separate the set so that I could give the wedding band to my cousin while I kept the engagement ring. Once the set was separated, it left the engagement ring’s shaft very thin and unwearable. Rebecca, who was helping me throughout my experience, informed me that Brittany’s can replace the thin shaft and resize the whole ring to fit my finger. With Brittany’s turnaround time, I was able to wear my Grandmother’s ring within 2 weeks time. They did a complete restoration of the engagement ring with precision and care and the results are beautiful, it looks like a completely new ring! Thank you Brittany’s Fine Jewelry for connecting me to my Grandmother. With your service, I am able to carry her ring on my finger, and her spirit in my heart.

Truly wonderful service received on a ring that was not even purchased at their store. Cannot recommend these guys enough, Jim was fantastic!
