I love to go to Renaissance Jewelers because I can always count on seeing something new and getting quality work on repairs. I have also had pieces designed there. My favorite rings were purchased at Renaissance. I get so many compliments on both and I always tell people to check Renaissance out. A place to trust!

My fiancé got my ring and wedding band re-sized at Renaissance. They were professional, fast, and did an excellent job. My rings were so well cleaned when they came back and looked stunning! I would absolutely recommend them to any one.

The guys made me feel welcome in there store, they charge fair prices for fitting watches and take care of you right away. I highly recommend them for such work.

There are only a few people in this world that I would trust when it comes to jewelry and the top of the list is Robby Packer of Renaissance Jewelers. I have worked with him professionally and have had him work for me in purchasing, appraisal, custom design, and repair. Our relationship spans three decades and many miles. I have referred my friends and family to him and have never heard of any complaints. As a small business owner myself it is sometimes difficult to please everyone all the time and I know how difficult it can be if a customer refuses to work things out. I use Google Maps all the time and I find the review by Jackie M. to be not only offensive but highly suspect in it's content. I certainly hope the "revenge" this person sought was not something that involved criminal activity. I commend Robby for his professional response. Lynn K.

FRAUD!! I bought an "antique vintage 1920 saphire ring". I took the ring to Kenny G a local Jeweler. Their appraiser informed me that the filagree in the ring can not be dated back to 1920 because it was made from a mold not by hand. He estimated the ring to be only about 20-30 years old. He also valued it way below what we paid. I was so dissapointed this was my engagement ring. I do not recommend buying any jewelry from this business.
