Went in just on a whim to learn a little bit about diamonds. Had a wonderful experience with a man whom I️ can not remember his name. He explain to us the different cuts, clarity, color, and sizes of diamonds. We left with so much knowledge. He is one hell of a sales man. Good prices and very friendly staff.

They sized a ring I purchased in one day. Great customer service during my visit. I personally recommend Tiffany, she was very helpful and honest. I had purchased a chain from Helzberg and found the same style chain and quality for almost half the price. Their selection is not as large as others. An example of this is they don't carry matching wedding bands. They have enough to chose and combine to make it like matching wedding bands. I was very satisfied.

My fiancé and I got my wedding ring from here.... Everyone was super sweet and pleasant! They sized my ring in just two days!!! And with me being indecisive, Carmen was so much help! Best jewelers experience I've had....

One word: CRAPPY. The staff, the selection, the quality, everything. I had a terrible experience with one of the female employees here, and for her sake I will leave out her name. We had placed a down payment on a ring and were planning to pay the remainder the following week. The day came around and I called to see if I would be able to have my current diamond placed in the new ring and be ready to go upon pickup and payment. Over the phone she could not even recall who I was, even though we had spoken a few days prior and had spent hours picking out a ring. (I will go off on a tangent.. the ring selection they have is of fairly low quality, which I found out upon visiting several other jewelers around town and just SEEING the difference). Ok, I understand she sees a lot of individuals on a daily basis, but if you are trying to get a customer to spend money in your store, you might try even PRETENDING to care about them. I am a person of impressions, and the way I was spoken to on the phone that day, and subsequently when I went in, was appalling. As soon as I arrived, after she had confirmed we could drop my old ring off and have it mounted and ready to go upon pick up, she says "Nope, we don't do that" and gives me a dirty look and speaks down to me. Even when we went back in to ask for a refund of our down payment, the man working rolled his eyes when we expressed concern over how we were treated. THAT'S FINE, THOUGH! WE HAD ALREADY SPENT OUR COUPLE GRAND ELSEWHERE! (And on a ring about 1 million times prettier and of higher quality to boot!) I am usually not one to complain, because I understand, things happen, but the treatment here was disrespectful and demeaning. Good luck surviving in this economy!
