Story

We are a full service RV Resort. Our motto is "No Rig Too Big", we have sites large enough to handle up to 85' rigs. All sites have full hook-ups with 50 amp service. Our deluxe sites have concrete patios and our premium sites have full concrete slabs to park unit and auto.
Open all year round.

Mission

We strive to be the finest RV Resort in the Tampa Bay area.
Many of our customers return every year to spend the winter.

A terrible place! CEO/staff and staff are mean. Also they are horrible towards the Disabled. The Owner and Co-Owner's repeatedly throw out Disabled Person(s). I have Mental Disabilities, Post Traumatic Syndrome as well as physical disabilities. The Disability Judge awarded me Full Disability, but the owner did NOT want to see the Paperwork signed by My Attorneys and Disability Judge. The Owner is also Prejudice against Blacks, Minorities and Single women. However, he will rent to Alcoholic Men who will ride around on their golf carts and make fools of themselves...and yet were often 3 months behind in their rent. I was never late. Thank God I no longer not live in that Evil Den of Sodom and Gomorrah.

I only go to the convenience store here. The store is well stocked, has decent prices, and is close to my house. They also sell LP gas.

I've been here for 17 years, it 
  is home to me, I feel safe, it's close to shopping centers and the interstate. We have a near by Hospital with plenty of physician offices in this area too. Every thing you may need or want, is within a 20 mile radius . This is a clean park with considerate neighbors.

Very nice well kept park. Spacious sites and easy access. Stayed here for a week in 39ft fifthweel. Rural surroundings but close to whatever you need, WM, restaurants, fuel etc.
Would definitely return.

Love this place. Gated, clean, rules and regs, excellent customer service from staff, etc. From over 100 camp grounds and being full time, this is #1.
