I've lived here for 3.5 years. It will be hard to leave the caring staff and wonderful people that come through here. It is safe quiet and family friendly.

Excellent RV park campsites are very roomy and private. I stayed here in 2011 when it first opened. I liked it then and I still do.

Hands down the best park in tri cities. Private yards dog friendly. Quiet park with good amenities. Awesome staff. The lot guys are the best there are at their job. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Excellent RV Park, the staff is awesome. We were in a bind finding a place to spend the night - the park was full, but they found a place for us for the night. I will definitely save this park on my list of destinations.
