The RV park section a parking lot. The spaces are not level, we has to park with our wheels atop a large (talking 8"+ high) speed hump shaped mound of tarmac, and still needed leveling blocks to straighten out. There is no space between spots. I had my right side awning at the least extended setting possible to avoid door drag, and we'd have needed to bring it in if we got neighbors, and that's with the left slide barely clearing the power post. There's nowhere for kids to play except for the outdoor pool, so bringing the family in winter is right out. And despite the complete and utter lack of landscaping and fixtures to damage, riding bikes here is strictly prohibited. And to top it all off, they're more expensive than other facilities in the area with better amenities! Do not park your home here unless it's your only option. Not worth the money, hassle, or disappointment..

RV park is so nice has shade trees, you can walk by the canal, has very clean bathroom/showers, and a pool..My husband and I love this place!

The people running the place are rude and not at all friendly. Also, my friend parked her RV there and they caused her a lot of grief. So much so that she would call me to come over to take her rent to the office , because dealing with them was so unpleasant.

I stayed in the motel for a few months.  They ask upfront for a security deposit saying half "could"  be refunded at check out IF the room is clean.  What this means is they expect you to scrub the room down including vacuum.  Also I had to use my own sheets,  blankets,  and towels even though it's a motel.  I've been at plenty of extended stays where you get house keeping once a week. Needless to say I didn't get a refund despite cleaning the room. Made up reasons but they didn't check it out until 3 weeks after I left.  Claims that bathroom had hair everywhere,  impossible since I'm a cancer survivor and don't have any hair.
The room was small but nice.  No Internet or wifi unless you pay for it.  On site laundry is nice and cheap $1wash/$1dry.  Relatively quiet and working class people.  Overall not bad, but they should just say no one will get the security deposit back ever.
