What a great experience, especially for the money. Staff are all very kind, rooms are clean and well-appointed. For our $69 room we had a fridge, a microwave, very clean room with plenty of space. Breakfast was MUCH better than expected as well. We had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, coffee and juice. One suggestion: dial down the air fresheners in the lobby. It's just a little TOO fresh. Would definitely go back.

At first we liked the room we were in. The bed was welcoming and room was comfy and clean then the lock on our door broke so we were locked out for several hours. When they fixed the lock they insisted we move rooms because it was only a temp fix. Fine, whatever. We get to our new room and the middle drawer for clothes is broken, there was a plastic bag attached to the smoke detector with tape and the hallway reaked of smoke. It wasn't until we complained about the smell did they tell us that the third floor has smoking rooms. WHAT?!? Good to know after we had moved.a second time. After we got resettled in I wanted to take a bath. The stopper is broken and won't hold water. I am quite irritated. The only saving grace is the guy at the front desk has been very pleasant and accommodating.

The Broadway Inn & Suites is located right of I235 so access is easy and opportune. The front desk attendant was very courteous and helpful and establish my reservation promptly and with ease. The room is well designed and very comforting feeling quite homelike. It seemed like I never left home in the first place! 5 stars and two-thumbs up!

We had a very decent stay for a reasonable price. Hotel was clean, room was clean, bed was comfortable as well. Laundry service worked, and we had room to park our big semitruck in a lot right next to hotel. Breakfast was better than most places. Staff was friendly, hotel had a warm feel. The only thing I wish they offered in the room would be a coffee maker , there wasn't one in our room.

Motels are all pretty much alike, it just basically depends on how much you want to spend for a good night sleep. And what amenities you're looking for. I've often found that when I paid a lot more for all the nice things, I never had time to Avail myself of them. But if you want a good place to spend the night, this is a good place to dry.
