Our sink was missing the facet and a towel was placed over the hole were the facet was supposed to be because it was leaking. We went to the front desk to discuss the issue and the guy was rude and treated us like we broke it. Later that night they discovered the room was supposed to be out of order. Starting at 8am the next morning we started receiving several phone calls and knocks at the door by the cleaning lady. At one point I was only in a towel and the cleaning lady walks right in! We decided to check out early. They said they would comp the room and they never did. They never called or emailed to follow up. Also the breakfast was sooo gross. I will never stay here again.

Very nice hotel, especially for the price. My bill was less than $100 for the night and this is one of the nicest, if not The nicest, hotel I have stayed at in this price range. I had to leave before the 6:30am breakfast, but I would bet it was nice also.

The room was great and well-maintained. Nathan at the front desk made my experience even better. He's a fantastic guy who took great care of me and deserves mention. He was a great conversationalist and delivered supreme customer service. Hope he gets a raise, because he certainly is deserving. Flawless experience.

We are staying here for three days for a convention and we specifically chose to stay here after staying here last summer. We have had great experiences here. Last night our fridge was broken and they replaced it without any issue. Good hot breakfast, nice drinks at the bar, and a decent indoor pool although it was pretty cold in the pool. Huge rooms too. Will return again.

So right away I want to tell anyone that is a smoker this is not the hotel you want to stay at I followed all of the rules and went outside every single time I smoke my cigarettes now, five days later I checked my credit card and I've got 2 charges adding up to hundreds of dollars I called to ask why when I paid cash at checkout they told me that their housekeepers told them that they know I was smoking in my room prior to me checking out. This never occurred so obviously if you are a smoker they're very biased and discriminated against you and they assume that you probably smoked in your room or they just don't like it and just charge you extra just because they can that's the bad thing about giving out your credit card even to a business but once they have your information they can charge whatever they damn well please. On top of that I was already upset because we had drove 2 hours and chose this hotel specifically for the indoor pool for my five year old. the pool was available and open at time we checked in but by the time we got ready to get in it later on that same evening it was closed indefinitely until further notice this was horrible this entire experience and I will never in my life stay at another Hyatt ever and prior to this I specifically would choose Hyatts because I enjoyed the service and how comfortable the rooms were but that doesn't at all make up for what is taking place this past weekend at the Hyatt Place Northwest in Oklahoma City, I am now currently still fighting with them about these charges because they need to return my money it's THEFT and there's no other way to say it that is what it is!!!
