The company that I work for has our Annual Review at the Tower Hotel each fall. Conference rooms are very large and accommodating. The morning continental breakfast was light and refreshing : fresh fruits, muffins, bagels, great coffee, hot or iced tea. Only a couple of drawbacks: No lobby seating prior to entry to the conference. Had to stand for over an hour while trying to juggle holding breakfast, coffee, purses and checking in. Once inside, the rooms were extremely cold.

The manager was very rude. Berated my son for a mistake one of her employees made. Atm out of service, ice machines out of service. Room smelled like mildew. I would never stay here, not even for $10.00 a night. Night manager asked my son to get him cocaine. Day manager suffers from sever mood swings. A telltale sign of drug abuse. My educated guess as a drug counselor is crack cocaine use. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We stayed at this hotel 7/20-7/23 for a event that was hosted at this hotel. The rooms had no refrigerator or microwave. We brought our own in from the trailer we were hauling. The water main in the parking lot was broken. We had no water most of one of the days. The air condition in the room didn't work the entire stay. The room was real hot and the windows couldn't open. After we left we noticed a charge on our credit card for additional $90. The hotel claimed we took blankets and pillows. Seriously we didn't even use the blankets. They were all thrown in a corner since the room was too warm to use blankets. We made many calls to the managers. We got a run around. They told us the manager we needed to talk to was working a night shift. We left many voicemails and never received a call back. We made a $90 charge back claim on the card. We thought this was settled. A few months later our card informed us that the charge back was reversed because the hotel claimed it was theft. Needless to say we should have slept in our own trailer that weekend. The event that was being held at the hotel is no longer on our business schedule. We will NEVER be back to this hotel or the event that was held there.

I liked this hotel. If you have a loved one admitted across the street at Integris Baptist Hospital, you can ask to receive a special hospital rate, which is $59 per night and that's a good deal for such nice rooms. Front desk is pretty accommodating too if you need to check in a little early or need a late check out.

I have stayed here many times. There is an indoor outdoor pool and they are recently renovated the lobby. The staff are friendly and rooms clean. It is one of the cheapest hotels for the area, within walking distance of Integris Baptist and Medical Center and many restaurants.
