Very helpful, friendly staff.  Nice facilities.  Reasonable rates and great access to shopping and all kinds of dining, etc.  Van Mall just down the street.  We love it here!

I can't begin to describe therudeness of the sort of manager. He is rude and obnoxiouto anything you say his answer is...bellowed. no excuses.  And what's good for the goose is not good for the gander.  He picks and chooses who has to go by the rules.  But he will tell you he is good at his job.  No ego at all

I've stayed in a few parks but can only remember one that was better.  The grounds are well cared for and the people are professional, friendly and helpful.

Nice little place neighbors look out for each other if I had an RV fifth wheel something like that this is where I want to Park
