Three stars because I've never personally been there so I can't honestly rate them.

However, I have lived near them for many years and drive by often. I have never seen or heard of any issues and they are extremely well maintained.

Small RV park, right off I-5. Easy on/off access. Lots of road noise. Otherwise, quiet place. Has pet area. Clean. Several food options right next door. Fuel Bistro has good food and wine. Recommend for short stay.

We stayed a week here during Christmas time. Very clean and well maintained RV park. Laundry was on site and the laundry room is very clean as well. The only problem was that the spots were not made for RVs with any slide outs. We have a 40 ft with 5 slides and we only fit in one spot. Which was a really tight squeeze! Multiple point turns to squeeze it in. If you have a small trailer or no slides then I would recommend.

Nice clean rv park.
Easy freeway off and back on
Dentist , vet clinic credit union and 4 restaurant's and gas.
All walking distance.
