What an amazing experience! I got exactly what I wanted without being pressured or given the impression that I was wasting anyone’s time. Tom had a lot of patience with me and teaching me about quality and also making sure I was getting what I wanted. Yes, I paid a little more but it was totally worth it, with the quality of furniture that they sell and customer service was worth every penny. The whole family is wonderful and I loved the music they had playing in the store. I work for a family own store and we strive in customer service. I finally got to be on the receiving end of excellence customer service! Thank you! 😊

Owners are very helpful, knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind!! They are not forceful like most of the other stores. Very high quality furniture at reasonable prices. I will shop at this store for everything I need!!!

Within a very short time the sales person, Tom identified exactly what I was looking for. By being a good listener and explaining the loveseat construction, he was able to help me find exactly what I couldn’t find in 4 other stores. Tom, representing Broyhill was professional, friendly and definitely low pressure. Thank you Tom and Broyhill!

We bought 2 recliners. This is a family owned business. The service was great. They helped us find exactly what we wanted. We would definitely recommend this business.

I feel they give you very individual service. It's wonderful you do not feel like you're walking into a high-pressure store. The furniture is beautiful and very well made. Love it
