We are new home owners and needed a sofa and two recliners. We found a set that we really enjoyed, and would like to give great thanks to Dakota K. who showed exceptional professionalism, patience, and gave great input all while listening to our requests of what we wanted out of our furniture. We chose to pay for the delivery service, which was very easy going to work with, and fair priced. The delivery team showed up early to our two hour delivery window, and was in and out within ten minutes. The team (two men) took the packaging off the furniture and took it with them as they left. They were friendly, and kind. We recommend at least looking at American Furniture Wearhouse before making your next furniture purchase, and recommend asking for Dakota K. if he is available. Overall, the whole staff is very kind, and it is an enjoyable shopping experience.

Prices were really affordable. Staff at the store were very helpful and nice. Delivery was right on time. Delivery guys were polite and fast. No damage to my apartment or furniture.

I have been dealing with American Furniture Warehouse for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience except for one specific store location. Otherwise my entire home looks like an American Furniture Warehouse showroom. In fact my dinette set has been in use through 3 kids , four grandkids and now two great grandchildren for 32 years and still looks great! I am having the chairs reupholstered currently because I cannot find anything of equal quality and value. I am very pleased with my experiences and highly recommend American Furniture to everyone!

Great experience all around. The sales people were amazing. Zach took care of us, and the delivery people were amazing. The lady that they sent with the delivery people was a little odd. Just because it seems odd to pay someone to stand around and watch delivery people. I said good morning, and she was intent on just watching the gentlemen delivering. I found it odd. Maybe if she had spoken to my wife or myself it wouldn't have been so weird. I'm not complaining for sure I'm just saying. I will say the guys who delivered rocked it out. I'm very impressed with American Furniture Warehouse...amazing prices...kind sales people...beautiful furniture!! I'm one happy customer.

Miss Beverly was just wonderful to work with & very knowledgeable about what I needed & most of all, wanted. At the time of my visit she was currently training Miss Lauren so I have no doubt that Lauren will do just as fine work as Miss Beverly. Andrew & Joe were very polite, courteous & prompt during the delivery & I am amazed with the excellent service I got from these ladies & gentlemen. I will definitely be coming back for my other furniture needs 😀
