I am very indecisive especially when it comes to an expensive purchase. I went back to the store probably 4 times to look and ask questions. My salesman and the managers there were nothing but nice and patient with me even with my 1 year old with me. I never felt rushed or that I was burdening them. I finally made my purchase and ordered a couch with a custom fabric which took 8 weeks to arrive but that was expected. They even offered me a discounted delivery in Colorado Springs. The delivery drivers were right on time and were quick in getting everything set up. I couldn't be happier with how the couch turned out, it's beautiful! It can be scary to order a custom nonreturnable couch based off a small fabric sample. The manager even called hours after the delivery to make sure I was happy and the delivery went smoothly. From start to finish everyone here impressed me and I would definitely recommend them and purchase from them in the future.

We ordered our custom table from them...the owner helped us design it and it's  gorgeous!
They also generously donated to Cancer League of Colorado.  I appreciate the outstanding customer service.

My furniture is better then I could have hoped, plus it was delivered on time and the guys were so nice and friendly.  I will be sending my friends !!

Nice selection, mostly quality furniture.  Lots of brands made in USA and Canada.  Prices pretty good.  Don Pajula provided great customer care.  Purchased several products including kitchen table and chairs, end table, and sectional.  Quite happy so far.

I bought a new table and chairs last Nov. It took months for it to arrive with 2 chairs having oil stains on the fabric. Took weeks to get replaced. Then at Easter with all chairs finally here I opened the table up to bring out the hidden extension. Ball berrings went flying and the bottom of the extension split. 
So back to the store I went. I was not met with a warm feeling of we will take care of this. I was told, it's on the bottom and doesn't show. I stood my ground and just got the new top installed this past week. Alas it has 2 scratches. I called the store and was sent to voice mail. I explained I was not too happy. After 2 full days, no return call.
You know the saying
Good service you tell a few people, bad service , you tell as many people as you can!!
