My wife and I really enjoyed the level of service that we received from Pip Saukam at the Lone Tree location. He listened to our needs and presented us with several options to consider and choose from. His follow up was prompt, personal and courteous - which is why we decided to go back and give him our business. Got a great deal as well.

Had a very positive experience buying a new mattress.  We worked with Fairy who was so pleasant and knowledgeable she made our buying experience very good.  We bought the right bed with her direction. We have always had good service in all of Furniture Row even when we only walked through to look.

Bought a couch this past weekend only because after looking for a year my husband finally found one he liked. Otherwise I would have moved on.  Our sales guy told us delivery was one price then came back and said it was more.  Our couch was on clearance as it was an extra one sent to the store but somehow not all the pillows made it so we were shorted 2 pillows which the lady was very cold in explaining that that was another reason our couch was on sale.  Yet another detail our salesman left out.  In order to get assistance I had to approach the sales people who were just sitting around talking.  I honestly have no desire to return here again.

I bought a bed here at Denver mattress Dan was totally awesome. Very helpful and patient while I decided on which bed I wanted!! In 10 years I will definitely be shopping for a new bed at this store.

I wanted to show you how inept your assembly warehouse is and what they sent out to my home today. At the bottom of the couch cardboard packaging was left and the feet were screwed into it. Not only can you see it from anywhere in the room, they did remove it from the other two pieces so they KNEW it was not supposed to be there. I asked the delivery men to remove it and they said it was supposed to be there. Since I now have to deal with this myself, I didn’t have them assemble my couch. I have to remove 4 feet off a sleeper sofa and do what your store should have done before sending this piece to my house. 

The furniture itself is covered in lint, strings, and other materials and needs to be cleaned as well. 

This entire process has been sub par. Completely unacceptable service. After this experience, I cannot see myself ever purchasing another piece from your store or recommending you to anyone.
