We were first a bit skeptical to enter when the sign on the door said no warm sandwiches available today as the oven had broken down. But we had great lunch with toasted bagels and toasted bagel sandwiches. Hazelnut coffee was too good toooo. The price is very economical compared to other Bagel places. % recommended.
SO FREAKING GOOD!! We got here around 11 and they were sold out of the double baked has browns. The bagels were super good way better than regular bagels. The coffee was fresh and good as well. I wished I lived here to go all the time.
Tell tale sign of a restaurant with average cleanliness I.e. They pass the low bar set by health inspector. Just #lookup and see how clean the ceiling and fixtures are. If it's dark its been years since anyone cared to look at the details.
These guys are amazing. I go out of my way to come to the store now. The staff are insanely friendly and accommodating with diet allergies. I would never expect to walk into a bagel store and be accommodated for my gluten intolerance. But slice a hash brown in half and make a sandwich out of it… brilliant!! Thank you!
The food was good. Ran out of some of the more popular bagels. May I recommend making less plain and jalapeño bagels and more of the others. Employees were loud, abnoxious and kept complaining about everything. They use a lot of profanity too.
Love the food! Really hard to place an order though… online ordering has NEVER worked for me and it takes me about 4-5 calls to get in touch with anyone on the phone. Would go here a lot more if ordering was easier!
1/10 service, 8/10 bagels. Their doordash is always down, they never answer the phone to place an order, even when there is no customer inside. Feels like we are always struggling to place a takeout order.
Excellent service and amazing food! I cake here for the first time today and this has been the best bagel I’ve had in years since I lived in NY! I had an everything bagel with avocado, tomato, peppered bacon and eggs. It was all super fresh! Thanks also loved that they were connected to a Starbucks because Brueggers ran out of almond milk and I was able to go next door. I will be back for sure!
One of the most unkept and unsanitary places I’ve ever been for food. The walls and floors look dirty, the open drink refrigerator has black spots everywhere and the food prep area looks dingy. Employees were on their phones and were not kind/welcoming at all. Almost as if we were inconveniencing them by ordering food. This location needs to be shut down, revamped or something. Not visiting this location ever again.
Great front of house employees. Very friendly, kind, and accommodating. Truly did everything they could to make sure we were happy! Unfortunately the AC is broken and hood is broken on a mid 90 degree day. Although the workers seemed positive and pleasant, and we were fine, these are definitely unsafe conditions for employees working hours upon hours. I am not looking to support a business that does not care for the well being of its employees. Very saddening.
