I got a one day pass before I had a tonsilectomy, and it was a blast.  I can't believe they have so much equipment and the other members seem friendly.  I am hoping to get a membership soon, and am definitely going to be back.

One of the best gyms in Hampton Roads. Great selection of equipment to choose from, regardless of your particular sport or goals. They actually have quality Olympic Lifting equipment to use, without having to pay an arm and a leg like you do at most crossfit gyms. No matter where I go, this place will always be like a home to me.

BSG is the place to go for strongman, powerlifting and now cross fit.  I have been going there since it opened.  The staff and people who come here are top notch.  The events Stella (manager of the gym) puts on is second to none.  If I have a injury I go ask her advice..  She is extremely  knowledgeable about weight training.  Most times I need spotters when I bench and I go grab the strongest people there to help me. If you want to lift extremely  heavy this is the place to go.
