I liked this gym, for the most part. Things started off a little odd, when I went in asking about the free pass I'd seen advertised, but then couldn't get straight answers to my questions. However, I stuck with it and did eventually sign up for the free week, and after that, I had a very good experience there. The facility itself was simply huge, occupying three full levels of the building, with row upon row of machines and weights, plus areas for about every kind of niche workout imaginable. Best of all, for me, there was even a sauna, and it was a good one. Impressive. If I do end up settling in the area, One Life will certainly be my gym (if I could grant 4.5 stars, I would). A word of gratitude, to everyone who runs this place. I enjoyed my pass, whether I get a regular membership or not.

Great gym for civilians and military alike. Decent price for a monthly fee, membership included access to trainers and other staff,as well as access to any of the other gyms Onelifefitness has. My opinion, best gym in Norfolk.

This is the best gym I ever been a member of and it seems to be getting better and better. I am yet to visit all the locations in the Hampton Roads area but the ones I been to like Virginia Beach-Princess Anne, Greenbrier and my home gym Norfolk are great. Great staff, excellent equipment and always clean. Thank you Onelife for being an incredible gym. I am a member for life.

Awesome gym! Has everything you'd want, including wooden platforms for deadlifts and cleans, an astroturf area for cross-training, heavybags, and some more. The gym still has a trace of its old gritty self from the outside which I like. You can't beat their prices.

Just stopped by the Norfolk location last week and was thoroughly impressed. The staff that greeted me could not have been more friendly or professional. Super spacious three floors made the layout feel very welcoming and not congested at all. I signed up for a personal trainer just to get me off on the right path. I was very pleased with Mike and the customized, repeatable routine he designed specific to my personal goals. Five star experience for sure..........well done Onelife Fitness!
