This gym is the best in Hampton Roads! This was the third gym I have been to in the area and after visiting the second gym, I gave up on gyms in the area. 2 years later I finally decided that I needed to try another and the people in this gym were so friendly and personable that I knew within the first 15 minutes of being there that I would call this MY gym. The coaches are amazing and the other athletes are more than just other people in the gym, they have turned into lifelong friends for me and I believe that it would be no different for anyone else who visits because of how great everything there is. Excellent facility with outstanding coaches and great members!

From our first visit to CFLC we knew it was the right box for us. I did plenty of research before our PCS from Okinawa Japan. We wanted a box that had all of the necessary equipment but more importantly one that had a tight community. Some of the larger gyms treat you like a number. Here we are family. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. There are all levels of athletes in class so there is always someone to push you. They have some of the best coaches I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. The programming is top notch, classes finish and start on time and they have the cleanest facility I have ever trained in!

This place is great!! The coaches practice what they preach and are great examples for the students. They are able to tailor workouts to an individual even in a classroom environment. The headcoach and owners are excellent in what they do. They constantly are bettering their gym and workouts for their clients. Personal training is offered. They even have an outdoor workout area, perfect for hot days! Classes are offered are Saturdays. Come and check it out, what are you waiting for??

Going to the gym is no longer a chore. The workouts are crazy awesome but it's the people and the camaraderie we share that keeps me coming back day after day. The coaches are extremely motivating and super personable. Not to mention the fellow club members have become somewhat of an extended family to me. Having never tried CrossFit before I was somewhat intimidated showing up for my first day. But I quickly learned Crossfit isn't just for the "super fit". But can be done by anyone, any body type, any fitness level and at any age! EVERYTHING in the gym can be scaled. The coaches have never asked me to do something that I physically can't do but they have always encouraged and pushed me to find my new limits. It's been so much fun watching my progress and learning how to tackle new and challenging exercises. For the first time in my life, I am not concerned about a number on the scale. Rather my only goal at CrossFit Little Creek is to get FIT and feel STRONG. As an added benefit to working towards my new goals, I have lost about 18 inches overall and my self-confidence has probably never been higher (and you can't put a price tag on that!). I am a firm believer that you get out what you put in. So if you want minimal results and almost no accountability or commitment, this place ISN'T for you. But if you are where I was 5 months ago, ready for a change, tired of making excuses and wanting to truly invest in yourself, take the plunge and stop by CrossFit Little Creek. I promise you you'll be happy you did.

Amazing gym! It’s like a family. Everyone is so encouraging and welcoming. The coaches are phenomenal and truly have helped me become a better person and accomplish things I never thought I could.
