Rude, Not Good at Plumbing! A plumber came out to my house to assess a problem and told me there was no problem and charged for the visit. Turns out there was a problem and he needed to come back. They took a long time coming back (a week) and when Penelope finally called in the middle of the day on a Monday to tell me she could have someone there in 15 minutes, I told her I couldn't be there for 45 minutes and she replied that we'd have to do it another day. I asked to set an appointment and she responded that she'd have to fit me in last minute since they don't set appointments for non-paying customers/estimates, they just fit them in when they have time. They were paid for the first visit when they missed the problem! She told me that paying customers take precedence, then told me I should call another plumber if I had a problem with their way of doing things. Inexplicably, I received another call from Celeste two hours later offering to send the plumber back. I informed her that due to Penelope's dismissive, insulting, rude, and snide attitude that they were fired. All Celeste said was, "o.k." No apology, no offer that they could do better. In sum, their plumber missed the problem and still charged for the visit, they took over a week to come back and I was flat out told that I was not important and that I was not a paying customer even though they had been paid. Hopefully they'll be out of business soon.
