We called for a broken faucet, service man showed up removed the faucet to confirm it was broken. Stated a new faucet would need to be ordered and installed. Was not sure what the cost would be; No other work done. Before he left I found the replacement piece online and changed it myself took less then 5 min. Received a bill of $80 for labor (service call) and $5.00 misc fee. I called to inquire why the bill was so high and what a Misc fee is. I was told different rates for a services call per hr. one was $80 the other $90 just to come out. The $5 Mic fee was because the plumber put on a pair of gloves even though no work was actually done. Over priced and inconsistent fees. Will never use them again.

I have Takagi tankless water heaters at my residence and was told by the company that Dee Maria was the recommended contractor to use to fix any issues. Dee Maria arrived on 22 November 2016 and identified blown fuses as the problem. The next day, 23 November, they returned with fuses only to have them blow again. My issue is that no further diagnosis of the problem took place. Once the replacement fuses did not work they told me I had to contact the company? This was after I paid $169.99 for the initial service call and then I had to pay another $136.00 for them to bring back fuses the next day because they did not have any on hand. Bottom line after two service calls nothing was fixed for $305. I followed up by calling another contractor who came out and did further diagnosis and fixed the problem. So why did I pay Dee Maria anything?

I was referred to them from AAA appliance. They were at my home in just few hours, fixed the water valve so the appliance repairman could finish his job with the washer. Very reasonably priced and professional services.

I had them go to my rental for a slow draining tub, their communication and professionalism was excellent. they charged me $275 to snake the tub. i thought that was very overpriced, it was not weekend, emergency or after hours. as a landlord i routinely do these fixes myself in 20 minutes but was out of town that week.
