Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air

Hi-Tech Plumbing saved me in a very stressful situation. I had clogged toilets on Sunday night and company coming to my home on Tuesday. I called Hi-Tech Plumbing and they set an appointment for Monday morning between 8:00 and 10:00 am. The tech arrived at 9:00 am with the camera to check the drain. Major work was needed and they offered to begin immediately. By 6:45 pm, I had a working drain, ready for my company to arrive. Everyone from the receptionist to both technicians were very helpful and worked to solve my problem in a friendly and professional manner. I could not have been more pleased, and would use Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air the next time I need help.

DO NOT use this company!!! I only hired them because I happened to have an AC and plumbing issue at the same time and thought they would be the perfect solution given my busy work schedule. Don't be fooled, the reviews you see are the result of the company paying off customers with gift cards to leave a positive review. At the time I hired them I had a clogged AC as well as a slow moving toilet. They were only able to temporarily fix the AC issue that I now know is something simple I could have fixed myself. In my recent attempt to fix this issue however I found that they installed screws into the machine that make it impossible to open. The WORSE part about this company is this that they tried to scam me out of more than 700 dollars by saying they performed services that they did not. When I questioned the services they said were performed and told them that there was more thank likely a mistake in their paperwork they attacked me saying that I was lying. Luckily for me there are cameras all over my building that proved that these scam artists did no do any work at all. I would love for you all to respond to this as to give an explanation :)

Hi-Tech Team are the best, I use them for the grease traps and hotel needs. They are always on time professional and give detailed information about there work. If you need a plumber call anyone if you need to be educated on the plumbing issues and cared for by professionals Then please call Hi-tech.

So my A/C went out when I woke up in the morning. I called Hi-Tech around 10am and they were able to schedule a technician within a few hours. I received a call at 2:30pm stating that the technician was on his way. He was able to fix the A/C in less than 2hrs. I also was able to sign up for a service contract. The job was a little pricey at first but they were flexible and worked out something a bit more in my reach. Thanks to Carlos, our technician, and the Hi-Tech team we are now "cool".
