Culpepper Plumbing - Septic & Grease Trap Service

Sean and his team were excellent! They were thorough, professional and prompt. They were extremely knowledgeable, and were able to locate the issue within a short amount of time. They fixed our lift station pump and tested it several times to make sure the system was working properly. They were able to diagnose and fix our problem in one visit (and it was an issue that a competitor had made several visits for without being able to fix the problem). We will certainly use them again for any plumbing or septic needs. We've finally found a company we can trust!

I manage a gas station and we were having issues with our lines being clogged and backing up due to the lift station being full which resulted in our bathrooms being out of order (a big issue in this line of business) I called Culpepper and they came to my rescue. They handled themselves professionally and were extremely thorough, Everything was back up and running in no time. I highly recommend Culpepper. They have a friendly and informative staff..

They arrived on time, I called late night and call was answered by Avana and she was super professional and asked best time for me and booked me. I was charged exactly what I was told, and my septic tank was pumped and pressure washed, Mr Andy who pumped it was a real knowledgeable person and with excellent customer service, did his job in professional manner, this company is under new management who cares. Definitely recommend them.

This is the worst septic plumbing service I have ever dealt with. I am in the construction trades so that is saying alot. Run run run if you are thinking of dealing with these people. They do do sub standard work and do not stand behind there work at all. I paid $250.00 bcause they said if they "Jet" the line all of my plumbing would fantastically! It was a lie. They jet one line and it clogged the other. Then they snaked the line and that did not work either. When I called to tell them the lines were still clogged Culpepper wouldnt to charge me the same amount again and said he could not work for free. Do not use this company
