I genuinely believe that this company's reviews are paid for.

I arranged for service with them, and the plumber left when my building's security asked him for his insurance/identification.  He then lied when I called, stating "They wouldn't let me in" - when I spoke to security, they informed me that he simply left.

I had to wait another week for service, and the day of the appointment (today as a matter of fact), the plumber called to essentially tell me he was going to be an hour and a half late with no real reasoning.

This is entirely unacceptable - I refuse to patronize this poor excuse for a business in the future, will do my best to ensure my friends & relatives follow in kind, and urge any other individuals reading this to do the same.

The guy came on time, but that was about the only thing good about the service. He came to fix a broken shower valve in the guest bathroom. He'd hit the pipe with a hammer and broke it, which now the water needed to be shut of so the water didn't flood into the wall. The whole house is now without water. 
After breaking into the wall to get to the piping, he just said we needed to install a new pipe line and just ended up quitting half way on the job! This was very unprofessional and very problematic.

Right on time , professional and really reasonable price . We were blown away at how quickly they were able to install our new water heater . ( and they left things spotless!)
