What a horrible experience picking up a vehicle on Dec. 17 2017. Several customers ahead of me returned to the Budget/Avis Counter after walking outside to retrieve their rental cars. The cars were ALL FILTHY. One customer found someones dirty underwear in the car in plain sight. Finally my turn, go out and look at car, FILTHY as well. MUD on the front seats including garbage in the vehicle. I returned and waited.....one of the employees mentioned the name "Christine" and how she was the employee in charge of cleaning the rentals prior to parking them on the lot for new customers. I have never had this problem before in all my years of renting. So much time wasted waiting for a clean vehicle. Budget/Avis- hoping this employee is no longer with you.

Had a great experience at the kidder street location in wilkesbarre pa. It wasn't the guys normal day to work, he was filling in, but he knew exactly what he was doing and did a fantastic job to help us out on a rental. 
Very presentable and easy to talk to.

Would like to give zero stars.. drove 4 hours to pick up a truck that had been reserved 2 weeks prior. No truck available.  Not impressed.

Waited 45 minutes in line to pick up the car at the Myrtle Beach Airport.  The car smelled inside and wasn't cleaned very well.  The air pressure sensor came on as soon as we left the parking lot.  I returned the car to the Charleston SC Airport.  I filled up the car with gas on the way to the airport which was less than 10 miles away.  I took a picture of the fuel and odometer reading because I wasn't sure if they would be there to check it in.  Their was someone there and when I got home I noticed a fuel charge of $15.10 on my bill. 7/8 full it said.  I think he needs glasses or a lesson on how to read the gas gauge.  We I called customer service they told me to fill it up less than 3 miles from the airport.  I said when Budget provides a gas station less than 3 miles from every airport then I would be more than happy to fill it up.  I had proof that my tank was full.    Please check all receipts before dropping it off.

Car was reserved ahead of time, no issues, quick pickup, as with many of the cars I've rented, it was a bit beat-up with 34k (2016 Chevy Impala, just for the record we were presented with a "Limited" edition and the most surprising thing was that there was not a single USB charging outlet in the car!) miles on it, but other than that we had no issues.
