Did it once years ago without many issues. Put down the total cost for 2-3 days with my debit card and complied with all paperwork needed. Easy and done... today... or this week... I needed it to pay per day basis, but since I had a debit card (like before) and not a credit card I had to put down over $300 and get the difference when in return. No real problem I had the funds anyways. The major problem though was talking to some of the employees some said I needed a utility bill and other stuff, but failed to mention it had to have a zero previous balance. So I lost my reservation for my car while I look through all my bills and call back an hour later and they gave my car to another person. And all cars are sold out. This was the 2nd day their lot was sold out too. If they honestly rarely have cars this much they should seriously consider expanding their lot to accommodate to the demand... losing money I guess is A OKAY!

I had to waste my time going through my phone trying to hunt down a utility bill because all I had was my debit card. I was specifically told over the phone that debit was preferred. I don't have utility bills, but was told a cell phone bill would do. All while making my transaction, the desk guy is also answering phone calls and yelling back to the guy cleaning the car. I'm over it, but I have under ten minutes to get to work. He takes me outside to show me the car, points out two dents, and tells me it’s “all in the write-up.” So I finally get in the car and there's some big annoying scratches on the windshield that he didn't mention, but he's already inside the building. I figure that they’re just minor scratches that can be polished or something and on my way I go. I didn't realize just how distracting these scratches were though, until the next day when I was driving two hours into Philly for an appointment. The sun shines through the scratches, you can barely focus on the roads. I return the car the next day before work, assuming it would be an in-and-out process. The place was packed, but thankfully this time there were two people at the desk, a manager in the back, and three men on the cleaning crew. I make sure to tell the gentleman that there's distracting scratches on the driver’s portion of the windshield that I noticed when I picked up the car. I wanted to let them know so that no one’s safety is compromised. Why would I be so forward with this information if I had created the marks? He goes outside to inspect the car and in a couple minutes, frantically paces to the back to speak with the manager. There’s no privacy so I can plainly hear him telling her that “someone keyed the windshield.” I didn't think it was THAT major, but okay. She was asking him what I had said about it, and by this time, the cleaning crew is interested, the other customers are looking at me like I suffocated their children, and I'm standing there humiliated, distraught, and late for work. Manager takes me outside with her to inspect the vehicle, the gentleman and a member of the clean team follow. They all begin questioning me about why I hadn’t informed them when I picked up the vehicle, did I try to clean the windshield, etc. Of course, I tell them the truth, I was running late, I didn’t make the marks. They basically tell me that they think it’s my fault because they "would not rent out a vehicle in this condition." I said, "well, you did." We all go back inside and the manager decides to go look up the log on the car. I decide to dig through my purse for the write-up just to see if the windshield is listed while the manager checks her computer. Simultaneously we both realize that the flaw was previously listed! The scratches WERE there all along, and I DID NOT suffocate anyone's child. After all of the times the car was rented out, not one of those cleaning guys and two desk guys EVER took notice to the condition of the windshield. And if they did, they weren’t about to defend me! I heard the manager tell the other worker “we got the car like that from Scranton but you guys rented it out multiple times.” H A H A W O W ! She refunded me back the difference and I left, late for work again. My mother had been with me both days, as she was my ride, so she got to experience this fun as well! If it’s not bad enough, I did NOT get a SINGLE apology FOR ANYTHING from ANYONE. I did not get a discount for having to drive around in car that's clearly “not fit for rental.” I am disgusted with how they handled the situation and how they made me feel from start to finish of the rental process. Next time, I'll effing walk.

My experience with Enterprise was above and beyond! I am 100% satisfied! The staff are all very caring of your needs and helped me make my families vacation happen. I would like to thank them for all their help,especially Amy!! You guys are great!!

Car broke down on the Interstate. We were towed to local dealership for repair. Enterprise came to the dealership promptly, provided us with a mini van (we had a of of equipment for treating our disabled daughter) and completed paperwork electronically so we could get back on the road promptly. When we returned the vehicle it took only a few seconds to complete the transaction. Personnel were courteous and efficient. We've dealt with Enterprise many times. Always a good experience.

Help me lot with a car even i should get that one, the manager just say i will make that happen, and i get a nice pickup truck. thanks for the help.
