There was lot of confusion with regard to the person, who was to come to pick me up. I was to catch the flight same day so they gave me lots of tense moments, otherwise I always had a great experience at this location, but I don't understand why they don't give Car with full Tanks. I always end up putting more Gas then needed with some empty tank. At JFK, the enterprise location is also far from the Airtrain which is really inconvenient, first to get into the Shuttle with the luggage then again unload to get to the Airtrain.

Quick and friendly customer service although they do need to work on aligning prices given to customers online with the ones they print out at pickup

The Enterprise associates arranged the vehicle that my insurance covered.  It was a compact car but was a little small for me.  I had a trip to Maryland to my granddaughters college graduation over the weekend and needed a full size car.  At first I was informed that it would be an additional daily charge and I received a Chevy that did not handle as well as I liked.  Enterprise changed that car to a 2017 Ford Fusion which was perfect.  Upon purchasing my replacement vehicle and returning the rental, I was told that it was an upgrade and no additional charge would be forthcoming.    Enterprise has always been consistent in their customer service and I would highly and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

My car was in an accident, The other parties insurance was with Progressive, they worked with a local body fender place, Enterprise was right across the the street. They set me up with a rental. Enterprise originally did not have a suitable rental, however the Manager worked to get one delivered to his site, I had it by that evening. Progressive covered all costs, the Enterprise rental was perfect.

Christina was so helpful with my experience using enterprise on Milford road. She got me in and out quickly, and upon return secured greeted me and made sure I was satisfied with my rental. Christina should be promoted to manager of the facility , I can't wait to rent again from her location.
