I made a reservation online around 5 to pick up at 7:30 got to Florence from Conway there were not cars. The guy on duty did not offer to rebook to send us to another location but he said he had 3 car that were to come in wait maybe 10 mins. Stayed there for 2 hours no car or Apology he said if your luck in is like mine when you leave on will cost me. So that was so unprofessional and he did not pick the phone one time to try to help us or see how he could. POOR SERVICE HE WAS A MANAGER.

Terrible customer service! Guy with a combover pretty much scammed me. I gave him my credit card to pay my deposit and he told me it didn't go through so I used my debit card for the whole transaction. Once I returned the car I inquired about my deposit and he said he had not charged me a deposit. I then asked why my total was so high and found out that he signed me up for the loss damage waiver without telling me. and on top of that I checked my credit card statement and saw that I was charged almost $100 on top of what I paid from my debit card. I assumed he lied about charging me a deposit and decided to let it go although I was angry but the charge was never returned so it could not have been a deposit all along. I went back and told the manager but she didn't write anything down or seemed very concerned so I assume that this is how the Budget/Avis at Florence airport is normally run.

Horrible! I reserved a car, called to confirm a representative would be present at the time of flight arrival, not once but twice, and it was a ghost town when I landed! What's the point of posting public hours of operation if you don't intend to honor them? Corporate Offices -do yourself a favor and hire real professionals.
