I have been using this location for several years. They are ALWAYS friendly and they always go beyond the call of duty in regards to customer service. 
Unfortunately I have not had the same service at the other two Florence locations. I use Enterprise exclusively and I would recommend them to a friend  or a stranger in a heartbeat.

I have been renting from them a long time. They are the best.the staff and management are very friendly.upon entering the buiding they says ''HELLO MR. BROOKS'' they work very hard to get you on your way and to be very satisfied of your rental. I will recommend family and friends, co-workers to rent at that location. Again Thanks ENTERPRISE on West Palmetto

The Nissan Sentra I received needed to be serviced badly. The car was not clean. The car had less than a 1/4 tank of gas. It was not a smooth experience at all. The manager at the local Enterprise office received the same feedback. He was very appreciative of the information. I will of course give Enterprise another opportunity to improve.

The service was excellent. I had some concerns about the rental but the service representative handled  everything with no problem. I was very pleased and would rent from this  location again.
