Quick service no wait coming into Myrtle. Friendly and professional staff. The car was fine great on gas for our trip but it would have been nice to have something bigger. The returning of the vehicle was just as easy and fast. We really thought it was a joke when we picked up the car when we were told all we had to do is wave our rental paper and they would jump us to the front to give us a receipt. They weren't joking absolutely no wait! we will be definitely using them again on our next visit.

Made a reservation at 9:00 AM the day before we were going to arrive.  I scheduled my pickup at noon, only to get the the counter and be told by a very rude employee that they have no cars.  They can't honor my reservation because it was made less than 24 hours before I was to pick up the car.  I wouldn't recommend this place at all.  They weren't even willing to help.  All the very rude lade could say was we have no cars!!!! DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! We weren't the only customers that day this happened too!!!

Excellent rate for my car. Easy rental process and quick return. There were customers ahead of me and the clerk sensing I was in a hurry offered to email me my receipt rather than wait and possibly miss my flight. Payless is great.

The staff at the Myrtle Beach Airport Counter were friendly and efficient.  I was able to pick up my vehicle in under 10 minutes and as an added bonus, I received a free upgrade to a Nissan Rogue for prepaying my reservation online.  The system in place for returning the vehicle was also quick and easy and makes taking a weekend trip to Myrtle Beach a breeze.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a vehicle while staying in Myrtle Beach.  No games or gimmicks....just great service and value.
