The team was awesome those guys go out their way to please their customer. My experience with my vehicle was not good. I rented a compact it wasn't ready they upgraded to a jeep i thought that was great but the satellite radio didnt work and it ate up gas like crazy. But once again the employees were very apologetic and helpful.

The experience & customer service was professional, courteous, & exceptional. We were able to upgrade our initial reserved car to one size bigger with no hassle. We were in and out in hardly no time at all, as we witnessed the rental team working together to help each client in a timely manner. It didn't take very long when I got there to receive my rental. I knew about the holding deposit because I have rented from other Enterprises. However, I did not know about the 2 utility bills to verify my residency. I didn't drive my vehicle but luckily my husband took me and we had some bills in his truck. The car was not all that clean in the inside. The outside was washed but the interior needed cleaning. The customer service is great but when reserving the rental car the conditions should be noted in bold.

The service here was okay, at best and the parking is horrible. Although, the staff was courteous and it didn't take me too long to get my vehicle and leave, I would rather visit an airport location. I was not informed, when making my reservation, about the security deposit and this was upsetting. Here I'd already put my budget together for the vehicle and I get to the location to find out my total is actually twice the price I was quoted online. When I tried to return the vehicle, I had to park in the hotel parking lot and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes just to turn in the keys. For a last minute option it worked, but unless that situation rises again I'll stick to the airport.

Enterprise in lake city sc is good but unfortunately they don't deserve 5stars because customer service is terrible, tell lies and sometimes off and on because me and my sister usually do walk ins without a reservation and leave in a car but now we can't.....why couldn't they just rightfully tell us then to do a reservation next time and when you do go their knowing you got a reservation they tell lies about certain cars like the chargers, camaros, etc. but in the meanwhile they couldn't rent it out but I see someone else driving off in the same car....and the general manager needs to be replaced along with the others and bring Kyle back....Kyle was very original and succeeded with his word....last but not least, they need more selection of cars
