The Alamo representative that checked my car out on return of rental was very, very helpful.  He saw that I was traveling alone and had luggage as well as a cane and offered to drive me over to the airport departure area so I wouldn't have to walk.  This was very much appreciated and I will continue to rent my cars through Alamo on any of my vacations.  Thank you for excellent customer service!

Pass couple years I always been renting from Alamo never had any issues now this first time the vehicle I requested was told it was not available but yet when I go to the parking lot guess what was next to the downgraded they gave me the one I needed. I know the trick of the game but to lie to my face and say they don't have the one I requested its irritating. they gave me a Mini Van instead of the Full size SUV requested I know the fact they say they don't have its because some other person rented it for a higher price so they rather tell me the don't have it so that other customer can pay the higher price and make more money out of them and not get canceled. There's a reason why I requested full size SUV and not a van very frustrating when you rent a few months in advance and when you get to that date its doesn't plan out the way you rented  it.

The staff at Alamo were friendly and helpful. I was able to rent and return with no issues. The car was clean with  minimum scratches on the outside. I did reserve the drive happy deal, which I have done many times, and usually end up with a car...but this time received a mini van. I was a single renter with a carry on bag, so the van was a little more then I needed, but nothing major. I would rent from here again.

I rent cars often . Love Alamo !! Always very friendly and very willing to accommodate. Have had some issues with vehicles in the past and they always took care of the problem! Alamo is always my first choice ! The agents at Myrtle Beach Jetport are GREAT !!!!!

Worst car rental experience ever. I've rented hundreds of cars, seen the good and bad. These cars are FILTHY!!! Not just sand from the beach, but dirt, grime, and muck. They all smell like smoke too. After switching a couple vehicles, I gave up and conceded they are all terrible at this facility. 

Management simply does not care. Plain and simple. Amd to make it worse, they double charged me saying I brought the car back late when I already paid for a later return. Pay close attention to your bill with these hooligans...or better yet, stick with Budget or Enterprise. This was my last time as an Alamo customer. What a disgrace this branch is to Myrtle Beach....
