It was the Best experience ever! I walked in at exactly 8am and everyone, and I mean everyone greeted me like I was a celebrity. It really made my morning. My rental was processed so fast, and the Rep was very detailed. I appreciate the friendly, fast customer service experience! #ENTERPRISE #1 in my book❤️!

Everyone there was so nice, and showed great professionalism. They picked me up and take me back in a timely manner.  They didn't have the car that I requested but they upgraded me at no additional cost I will be returning soon and I will recommend anyone to enterprise.  Im glad I followed my first mind and went to enterprise instead of somewhere else

I love enterprise they are real good and have always been good to me. Their services is excellent and they won't stop until u are in rental that u are satisfy with.

Rodney, Nate, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed after my wreck. I am a disabled vet and was rear ended leaving me without a vehicle from December 30- February 6. I had never been to Enterprise and expected a lukewarm transaction with staff trying to add on fees. Instead, I found smiling faces trying to find me the best deal possible, making sure I was comfortable while doing paperwork, they hand picked a vehicle that would be comfortable for me with my pain and disabilities, and worked with the insurance company to ensure the transaction was covered. 
Everyone of the team members have a great personality and work well together. You can tell they have a cohesive relationship as the manager will roll up his sleeves and wash a car when needed, which he did for me when I mentioned I was going to the beach! Everyone else was busy and he went out and not only washed the Expedition, he vacuumed the mats and floor. That is service that goes above and beyond your average rental agency!
The service and prices were so great that my spouse rented a '17 Dodge Ram Hemi to pick up supplies for a project and still has it 3 weeks later!
I must say that driving a brand new loaded Expedition (new car smell, mmmmmm...) was nice for a month, however, meeting this group of people that made a bad time for me easier, made me laugh, and genuinely cared about me was what makes this Enterprise a 5 star! I will be going back to rent the convertible Mustang or a Challenger for my next beach trip. I'm so satisfied I'm looking into purchasing a used truck from Enterprise as I have seen how thoroughly they check vehicles and that they retire the rentals at relatively low mileage.
