Customer service here is a joke. Was willing to give me a car with the bumper hanging off and scraping off the tire. Rude the entire time getting me a replacement.

Worst customer service experience ever! I do not remember the male attendant's name at the counter but this was the most unprofessional, rudest experience of my life with any company. From the initial supposedly courtesy call from this guy to the treatment I received upon arrival in the midst of Hurricane Harvey and the urgency of needing a rental vehicle for my elderly parents I had to deal with this arrogant, inconsiderate, condescending schmuck. Under normal circumstances I would have not rented the vehicle nor will I ever rent from this place again.
