WORST experience ever. I called and reserved a car ahead of time. I am shipping out for the Navy, I had to be in DFW. When I reserved, we used my husband's debit card but my name, the guy just had my husband authorize it, and I was assured it would be fine. I arrive to pick up the car and suddenly, that's not the case. The woman assured me the system would not permit her to input two different names. Had to scramble to figure something out how I'd get to DFW to leave today. They need to get on the ball when making reservations, and stop giving customers two different strands of information immediately, ESPECIALLY when the customer expresses how imperative a smooth rental needs to be!

I made an online reservation and my card was charged in full for a car.
 Upon arrival to the store on Garth road in Baytown Texas the representative came to the door and told me that they had no cars and was very rude. The least they could have done was to refund my money. Instead he closed the door locked it and walked away. I will be reporting it to the BBB and alerted my credit card company of fraudulent charges from Hertz. I will never do business with them again. There representatives are terrible and need to be trained in customer service.

We went to drop off the car where I was told there’s a Dropbox but lo and behold there’s no drop box(9-29-2017). Left the car but brought the keys to drop them off Saturday morning (9-30-2017) and no one is here in the office. It is now 10:19am and I am still here waiting for someone to open the office. There are a lot of people outside waiting and corporate isn’t able to help me because they keep transferring me over to an office where no one is at. Horrible. I will be raising hell come Monday and better not be charged extra for something THIS OFFICE did

Hands down, the best team at this location. Jessica has always taken great care of me whenever I am in need of transportation. And the drivers who picked me up and dropped me home always made me feel like I was good friend. So major shout out to Hertz!

The personnel are friendly & great, but the car we got was tiny & smelled like cigarettes and they aren't set up for after hours return. We wanted to return it Sat evening but had to wait till Monday or go to the airport to return it.
