Joey was extremely helpful during my rental agreement, he even called me the next day just to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this branch!

If this end turns out better than the beginning then I will update.....usually the service here is amazing.....today not so much! I waited 45 minutes to be picked up from the body shop which is 7 miles away......the response I got when I called was "Do you want me to set you up another appointment"!!!

Ok so we reserve a car for thanksging day. Go to pick it up at 6p.m. We've spoken to them on the phone twice and have not received any notice of a deposit of 350$. Now all of a sudden there is a 350$ deposit. We have 250$ on the card can you make an exception? No. The cost of the rental is 130$. Ok give us 5 minutes to call some friends see if we can get some help. They closed the store in 2 minutes flat. Rip grandma we were trying to see you one more time before you went but enterprise didn't really care.
