Have rented 2 vehicles in the past 4 months.  Matt and Brandon are awesome..  Treated well and respectfully.  Will definitely continue to use this office for all my rental needs!

First time ever renting a car. I registered for a luxury car and got a Kia Sorento. The agent at the store said, " yeah I don't know why they rent luxurys here bc they won't send them to this store".  

It took plenty long to get the paperwork in order and leave, maybe that's typical but I was surprised.    They reduced my rate and were extremely nice and apologetic.

It would have been a great experience had I gotten what I registered for.
