My mom and I came in to rent a car this evening. Sam, was a great gentleman, and very professional. It is also nice to see a young man dressed so nicely for his job, waiting on customers, looked very professional, and had a smile on his face the whole time. We are so glad we rented from Enterprise!

The only problem I had was the tire pressure light kept coming on it was on when they gave me the car which I think they should of noticed I put air in the tires but it came back on two days later. Other then that everything was fine.
