The lady working was incredibly rude. She had a problem with the fact that I'd made a same day reservation and rolled her eyes when I asked if navigation would be included as requested. I ended up asking her to cancel my request and went elsewhere. I refuse to give my hard earned money to a location that made me feel so unwelcome from the moment I stepped in the door.

We were moving from California to Montana and chose Budget Rental. Three our of four tires on the rental were showing the radial wires. We were told they would only replace two of the tires(sight unseen) and after a day(delayed trip) of going back and forth and their own repair guy arguing our case, they finally consented to all three being replaced. If we had not replaced those tires, we likely would have been in an accident with our kids in the vehicle. 

Won't be using them again.

Absolutely Hands Down Horrific Experience from A-Z. Called Corporate, they had no record I had even rented a vehicle from this location. The receptionist was downright aggressive and with all the other options in rental companies.............DO NOT rent here. I will NEVER do business with this company again whatsoever. Save yourself the headache.
