This place you need to be careful of. The staff tried to set us up with a vehicle then couldn't find the keys. That was because it was already rented. They found a different car but not the size we had specified because I use a walker and need room for it and our luggage. Finally found a car more expensive than we were told but excetable. No problem with drop off. If you use them be careful and expect to spend extra time.

The gentleman working mid August was extremely helpful and overall gave us a great experience. Will definitely go back. Total 180 from my hertz experience in Chicago...what a nightmare!👍

Service is subpar. Reps are bad when it comes to communicating with each other. One of the gentlemen assisting me said they would clean the car and have it ready for me, but when I got the car it looked the same. Fingerprints all over the inside of the right passenger window and was still dirty inside. What's worse is the car smelled like B.O. I can deal with the fingerprints all over the window but not the B.O... it smells pretty bad. Enterprise does charge a higher security deposit but well worth it because they do a better job working with customers and getting their vehicles ready for the next driver. Before any of you guys decide to consider Hertz, refer to my feedback everyone else who used them to make sure you get the best experience possible.

The first rental that they tried to give me had expired tags, luckily I caught that before I left... Then, the next car that they gave me had a slow leak that had been marked with chalk on the tire & I didn't realize it until more than half way through with the rental! Seriously?!? That is NOT OK!!! Who does that?!? They do, apparently!

We got a nice rental car there and were treated well. The location is a bit out of the way, so use your NAV.
