My Wife and I have rented cars here several times.  We've NEVER had a bad experience.  The Staff is ALWAYS welcoming, attentive and helpful.  They take time explain things clearly and in full.  Our Customer Service experience has always been above excellent.  This time around...  We had Matt on the rental and Alex when we returned.  GREAT couple of guys who provided us quality and timely service.  Looking forward to the next time.

Amazing service. Delivered the car to make sure car seats all fit in the car safely to my house. I was able to pay at my house and had to go nowhere. perfect 
The person Alex really took care of us. Explained everything very clearly and walked me through each process. I will definitely be back to this place for my next rental.

I am very impressed with Enterprise.  The young employees seem to be people oriented and willing to work with customers who are without wheels. I am a retired contractor and I worked as a business consultant.  The system at Enterprise appears to be well designed. I suggest being patient, and asking questions, until you learn the easy to learn system.  And be aware that insurance is usually needed, if you do not own your own insured vehicle.
They will work with repeat customers to good advantage.  Make sure that you know the daily cost, including insurance.  Be aware, and you will never be disappointed with Enterprise Rent-a-car.  Listen to the employees and ask questions.  It gets much easier each time you rent a car.  
I had a flat tire when I went to my garage to drive the car back to the Enterprise office, and I called them, and an expert mechanic showed up in a new Auto Club truck.  Great Service!

Had to put my Chevy Cruze in the auto body shop due to an accident. Enterprise delivered the rental to me. It was a nice Impala that I got to drive around for a couple of weeks. They have very nice customer service. Will definitely rent again when I have to.
