Absolute worst place and worst company to rent from. The workers and managers aren't cooperative and they like to chat about customers in their language and laugh at frustrated customers. They will manipulate their system to their liking to prevent customers from getting the car they want or to get any service. They overcharge and they don't know how to adjust discount prices that were mandated by the Budget corporate phone reps. Multiple customers in line, waiting for service, were treated badly and had to call corporate call center to get things straightened out.

Been in line for 1 hour already even if there was  only 1 customer in front of me when I arrived... How can it be so slow?

Very accommodating
