The worst possible experience of never reaching the counter and get your reserved car...
Came in Sunday night, had reservations in hand. Two people behind the counter, one looked like he had desire what so ever being there. I gave up after about 10 minutes waiting behind three people. Walked across the street to Enterprise, I was at the driver seat in less then 5 minutes, no exaggeration. Five or six computers all occupied with the nicest, business dress professional people, they were just amazing. 
So is Budget on the Budget for customer service?

I had a good experience and the car was excellent. I enjoyed driving it for 3500 miles. Staff was courteous and professional. Drop off was easy.

Excellent service from the time of pick up to drop off.  They provide clean and well maintained vehicles.  Great value

I came to rental counter during a very busy time, when only one lady was on duty.  She was friendly, efficient, and did not rush me at all. Also, she got another employee to the counter as I was leaving, so I would expect the line moved even faster.  Car was outstanding, return was easy, value was excellent. Overall, an excellent experience.

I didn't have a good experience at all. Was a 40 minute wait to get a car when I got in on a Monday afternoon, car was decent I'll give them that, when I dropped off Friday, again another long wait to get receipt, than computer system "went down". I was then told a receipt would be emailed to me, it wasn't, than I was charged tax and I am tax exempt, to which I have tried calling branch multiple times with no one answering the phone I am than transferred to a national number, and they told tax refund can only be taken care of at local counter. I would not rent from them at this location; I won't again!
