This is the second time we’ve rented from Enterprose in the past 3 months. I find that dealing with the in location staff is always better and less stressful than the online customer service or phone number, in both customer service and price. My only irritation is that you can’t specify an SUV with a 3rd row. I’m not a fan of the guessing game of which vehicle will be there. Overall this location is fast and friendly and I recommend them.

I've rented from this place twice now and the vehicles have been very clean, reliable, and safe. Always very polite and quick, painless service. The staff is friendly and informative and small talk during any (relatively short) wait is never uncomfortable or awkward. Delighted to return to them for future rentals.

I recently had a small fender-bender and Enterprise was the rental company that partnered with my insurance company to provide me a vehicle while mine was getting repaired. The car was new, clean and quite an upgrade from my current vehicle (an older model in the same class). 

The representative was extremely helpful and friendly. She took care of all my questions and made the process very easy and painless for me during both pick-up and turn-in.

I normally get a car from other providers when I need to travel but, based on this experience, I’ll be choosing Enterprise for me next trip instead.

All around, I was very impressed with both the rental car and the level of customer service I received.

they didn't have the car i had reserved. The agents were all very nice and helpful but all they had were tiny tiny cars or big pickup truck. its a smaller location so I understand their limited supply

I've been a fairly frequent customer here over the past few years.  I don't have much experience renting cars other places, so I don't know how this place compares to other car rental places.  

The good:

 -  I have never had an interaction where an employee here was rude or unpleasant.  They really make an effort to be polite and positive. 

 -  I like the online reservation system.

The not-so-good: 

- There is an ever-changing cast of characters. It seems that I can go back a few months after my last visit and every employee who was there last time is gone.  Don't know whether that's the norm in the business, but it doesn't give me a good feeling about employee retention.  

 -  I always have to brace myself for the upselling that goes on.  They are trained to be quite assertive about offering extra insurance coverage, roadside assistance, gas, Sirius radio, etc. 

 - On my most recent visit I had reserved a car in the Compact category. They didn't have one available, so they gave me a choice of getting a Subcompact, or paying more for an Intermediate car.  At previous visits if they didn't have a car I had reserved, they would give me a better car at the same price.

All in all, I'll continue giving them my business because of the courteous staff and the convenient location.
