I  just wanted to give a shout out to your Durham Chapel Hill Blvd. Enterprise location.  I rented a van for our church last Friday which was to be used to transport us to a Saturday conference.  The service of the entire staff was absolute excellent.  They greeted my wife and I with smiling faces with a sincere desire to fulfill our needs.  Superb service!!  The Customer Rep seemed genuine in her conversation with us as she attended to our needs.  On top of the great service, the van was clean and thank God, we had no problems!!!

I had a week and a half rental while my car was in the shop being repaired.  The folks I worked with at this location were friendly, courteous and really cared that I have a good experience with my rental. I was very pleased with my experience e with Enterprise and would highly recommend this location.

Staff was very nice, had tire issue out of state and was given replacement fight away. Was even upgraded. Overall a great experience

The reservations were hard to make online and the follow up by phone was even worst!  The service at the office was great, but never give a person a car rental with a half tank of gas! :(
