Super easy rental situation here.  All areas were clearly marked and staff was readily available to help (one did as I was struggling with luggage, but I declined).  I picked the car I liked (it was brand new and great looking...3 miles on the odometer).  I loaded my bags and was off the site in about 4-6 minutes.  
I love National and how efficient their setup is!

Great customer support at the Enterprise / National location at the Raleigh Airport.  I was in a hurry, normally rent from Enterprise or National, and this time forgot I had rented from National, drove into the Enterprise lot before I realized I was wrong.   The Associate and the Manager at this Enterprise location took care of signing me in and did not make me go across the street to the National lot.   They took care of everything, and had my receipt emailed to me.   Great experience and great customer service for those of us in a hurry and not thinking.  They made it like no big deal and where happy to help.   Thank you!

The start of the rental experience was not good. Frist of all the Dodge Caravan that I was expecting to receive was not at the Emerald Aisle location. I had to go to the rental counter and have the attendant help location someone to assist me. After a long period someone did drive up in a SUV that was comfortable to what I had requested, but he sprayed window cleaner on the driver's side window to remove chalk writing on that side. After that he walk away and disappeared around the corner of one of the building in the parking lot. After 10 min. he returned and walk pass my rental and disappeared at the back of the rental station building. Tried of waiting for him to clean my window I retrieved wet paper towels from the men restroom and clean the window my self. So after a 35 minute ordeal I was on my way. The rental vehicle performed great but the receive process was terrible.

So easy to use. Best prices around. Noteworthy customer service. Easy to alter/extend reservations. Great overall experience.

The manager at the Emerald isle was really nice. He gave me the van of my choice. I got a minivan at the price of mid-size car, best deal. Highly recommended.
