Service would be so much better if Carlos stayed off his cellphone while a customer stands in front of him.  It would also be nice if the online reservation rate was honoured / would have also been nice if the car was cleaned!!! Not getting my money again👎

I made a reservation online for a truck to pick up at 9am and the truck was not available until 11am.(i waited two hours) I was suppose to pay $39.99 for the truck plus .99 per mile. I used the truck for about four hours and brought it back the same day. Two days later i saw a $161.91 charge on  my card and they told me that it was because i brought the truck back late. The agent Carlos made no attempt to try to help me and acts like he is too busy every time you talk to him. His assistant Vicky was really nice and helpful but is not trained to help me with my situation. I would not recommend this place unless you wanna waste your time and get robbed.
