I'm not surprised by what I am seeing in the reviews. My husband came to this location yesterday 7/27 to pick up a rental car that he already booked for online for business. When he arrived he was informed that they never received a reservation (he showed them proof and a confirmation) and there were no cars available. Instead of offering to find another location with an available vehicle the manager Keri-Ann Morgan informed that the error was not her problem and to leave. She was nothing but unprofessional and show nothing but disrespect to my husband. He works for a major natural gas company who always uses enterprise for car rental and has never experienced such negligence and disrespect from this company. I would like someone to contact us in regards to this manner. I've contacted corporate as well.

Rude rude and more rude!!! So my car was being serviced at the Chevrolet service center across the street.  I was told from the part manager that they will provide me with a rental since I have a full bumper to bumper warranty. So my husband and I get over there not only does the rude and no customer service skills having female tells me I have to pay a 75 deposit her nasty co worker looks at my card and tells her to charge me 15% more!!! Then they have the nerve to send me a receipt stating that the Chevrolet dealership is paying for the rental!!.Then why was I charged for the rental. Then I call to see why guess what they play stupid!!! God dont go here!!! Although I would say that my experience with Enterprise has been better at other locations just not here! Please close down or fire and rehire people who can work with public not steal your money!!

Must be a private franchise and not part of the Enterprise brand because they would not authorize the release of the rental when it got towed. They left it in the tow yard for 3 days before picking it up and charged me for the tow and the rental. Other rental companies will release the car immediately. Dont waste your time! Clearly running a scam operation.

The workers at this location are professional & loaded with patience. They go out their way to make sure their customers are satisfied with the rentals.

Great location, very busy on a Friday afternoon which is expected. Originally rented at another location months in advance but the car I reserved was unavailable. I called this location to see if they would honor my original price/reservation, per customer service advice, and I was told they didn't have any rentals available. Ironically enough, after I hung up the call I went online and reserved the same kind of car I asked about and picked it up in 2 hours. Of course last minute rentals cost more and I ended up paying more for 3 days than I would of paid for 4. I won't give them 5 stars because of this reason.
