Hmmm... The rooms were very clean and the woman at the desk was very nice. The family that runs the place looks like they deal with a lot of riff raft on a constant basis. Shady characters around and kinda noisy at night. Sign up in the lobby like 'after 10 minutes no refunds, you pay for the room'. Maybe a lot of bad experience with people that only need the room for a few minutes?!  The washer dryer worked well and was helpful - I recommend that you park right near the lobby.

Cheap place to stay. Centrally located. Not dirty and owners are friendly. We will go back. Close to zoo or downtown. Enjoy.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL , this is one of the worst places I've ever been to. I took one step in the room and walk right back out. I'm not going to explain the horrors just don't do it.

Do not go to this place unless you're a dopehead or selling sex for gas money. Window a.c. that doesn't work, roaches, not one or two but families of roaches, mildew in the shower,  linen is dirty and raggedy, beds are old and springy. I stayed one night and now I'm seriously considering breaking up with my bf for taking me here. It was unbelievably nasty.
